It’s been 3 days since the bank holiday weekend and I’m still thinking of the food festival me and Lucy went to at Blenheim Palace on Monday. No, we’re not the ‘getting-drunk-in-the-club’ types. We love food. FREE food. So this bank holiday, we were our true foodie selves and hit the freebies at the festival, all in the beautiful setting of Blenheim Palace.
What an Autumnal month packed full of warmer jumpers, cosy nights in and a hella lot of tea. I love Autumn, the colours of the leaves and the mornings where it’s sunny, cold and crisp. It means it’s getting closer to my birthday and I can’t believe we’ve only got less than 2 months until Christmas! Continue reading
I’ve had a difficult couple of months mentally – finding it hard to love anything about myself and feel motivated to get on with day to day life. I was battling a horrible cold for the second time in a couple of months, I wasn’t well enough to work out regularly and my confidence took a dip. But enough of the moaning. The point is, I realised the way I was feeling wasn’t right and wasn’t good for me. I managed to pick myself back up, dust myself off and make changes that have helped me feel better about many aspects of my life. Continue reading
