Why Body Positivity Matters To Me

I’ve had a difficult couple of months mentally – finding it hard to love anything about myself and feel motivated to get on with day to day life. I was battling a horrible cold for the second time in a couple of months, I wasn’t well enough to work out regularly and my confidence took a dip. But enough of the moaning.
